Ticketing

To attend ICMASS 2023 a ticket is recuired. Ticket can be puchased via this link for €475,-. A regular ticket includes entry for 1 person to the ICMASS conference (2 days & networking reception), acces to all presentations and food & beverages.

ICMASS 2023 will be held during Europort 2023 in Ahoy Rotterdam. As ICMASS is organized in conjunction with EUROPORT, free registration for Europort is needed to attend ICMASS 2023 and reach the conference’s meeting rooms.

Travel

ICMASS 2023 event is an international conference. Because of this, many guests will come by plane. There are several airports close to Rotterdam:

  • Rotterdam The Hague Airport
  • Schiphol Airport
  • Eindhoven Airport

From the different airports it is very easy to take a train to Rotterdam Central Station. The fastest route can be found on the NS website. https://www.ns.nl/reisplanner/#/. Train tickets can be purchased at the station from a ticket machines or at service points. 

From the airports it is also possible to take a cab but cab prices are very high in the Netherlands. A ride can cost up to hundreds of euros. Therefore, it is recommended to travel by train.

Ahoy Rotterdam is easily accessible via public transportation. You can reach the venue by Tram, Bus or Metro. To get your route to the venue use: www.9292.nl. There is also enough parking spaces at Ahoy Rotterdam.

Rotterdam Ahoy has 2,000 parking spaces. To be sure of a parking space on event days, it is possible to buy a parking ticket with parking guarantee until 2 hours before the event. For €19,- you are insured of a parking space next to Ahoy, without parking guarantee you pay €16,-.

About Rotterdam
